Amari Tangerine Mimosa

This easy variation on the classic Mimosa swaps Amari Tangerine Sports Drink for orange juice, for a refreshing brunch beverage. Instead of champagne, use prosecco, cava or any variety of dry sparkling white wine for a less-pricey option.

Amari Mimosa
1 can Amari Tangerine Sports Drink, chilled
1 or 2 piccolo or splits champagne, prosecco or dry sparkling wine, chilled
1 tangerine or small orange for garnish (optional)

  1. Divide Amari Tangerine Sports Recovery Drink evenly between two large champagne flutes. Slowly top with champagne.
  2. For garnish (optional): using a sharp paring knife or channel knife, carefully remove strips of tangerine peel to create twists. Garnish glasses with twists and serve immediately.
Serves 2

Enjoy!
