Sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) are the worst for brain health because they can lead to weight gain, diabetes, obesity, and cognitive decline. Drinking SSBs is also linked to an increased risk of brain diseases like dementia and depression. It's best to avoid SSBs and opt for healthier choices like unsweetened tea or an Amari instead.
