For a dairy-free version, swap out the milk for almond or oat milk fortified with vitamin D. Or use unsweetened Greek yogurt, for extra immune-boosting probiotics.
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1 cup milk
1 packet Amari Recovery
1/2 medium ripe banana
Fresh blueberries and/or blackberries for garnish (optional)
Combine blueberries, blackberries, milk, banana cut into chunks and Amari Recovery in a blender. Puree until smooth and creamy.
Garnish with fresh blueberries and blackberries if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
